09:00-09:30: Arrival and registration.
09:30-09:45: Opening of the day, by the innovAId PI, Dr. Saskia Haitjema.
09:45-10:30: The InnovAId project- key achievements in digital health testbed development in 5 European institutions.
10:30-11:00: Coffee break & networking
11:00-12:00: Panel discussion on “Change Management in the Digital Healthcare Era”. Three professionals, from academia (Dr. Beatriz Merino), governmental authorities (Annemieke Nennie) and the healthcare industry (Martijn van der Meijden), will discuss how to go from an initial idea/product to implementation in different healthcare organizations and structures.
12:00-13:30: Lunch & structured networking. Time to recharge and make new connections!
13:30-15:00: During the breakout room sessions, you will have the opportunity to alternate between 3 topics:
•Use cases of AI in healthcare. Explore recent developments in AI in healthcare, discuss potential barriers to adoption, and propose possible solutions.
•Defining and managing successful change. Identify what successful change means to you in an organizational setting, and how it can be achieved.
•Identifying skills for the future: It is often the case that the skills taught in academia do not match the expectations of the industry. Explore how these can become more aligned, and what skills are necessary for creating a digital healthcare future.
15:00-15:45: Creating and measuring impact: from idea to execution. In this session, Dr. Erik van Tilborg (UMCU) will walk you through impact theories and their practical applications for your projects.
15:45-16:00: Closing remarks
16:00-17:00: Networking and drinks/borrel
